Common Sense

Scottish philosopher Thomas Reid FRSE (1710-1796). ┬áThe immediate successor to Adam Smith in the chair of Moral Philosophy at the University of Glasgow, and the “Father of Common Sense Philosophy”. In 1764 he wrote his “An Inquiry into the Human Mind on the Principles of Common Sense”.
