Arbroath Smokies

A unique form of smoked haddock, given protection by a European Commission PGI in 2004. Production is restricted to the area of Arbroath in north-east Scotland.

Keltic Seafare

Established in Dingwall in1992, and specialising in hand dived scallops, creel caught lobsters, langoustines and white crab meat from the crystal clear “Class A” waters off the north west Scottish coast. Suppliers to top class restaurants in Scotland, London and European capitals including Paris. Their fresh products are served in several ┬áMichelin starred restaurants.
